Contingent
you only pay once one of our candidates is successfully hired within your business and has started the role. We can be flexible on fees depending on individual client needs. We work between 15% to 22% depending on hiring plans. This is our most common service for new businesses we partner with.
Retained Search
We do this to tailor to specific client needs and work in a true partnership with you to ensure the perfect candidate is hired. Upon agreeing a fee, we are paid in three stages. Once we've qualified the role, at interview stage, and once a candidate starts in the business. This is a more customised search.
Contract / Temp
We take control of the entire process, from the initial conversation to post placement and payroll. We partner with key stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of the right people within the right time-frame. The contract market moves quickly in the DevOps space, so out candidate network is highly valuable.
